has been busy making bumpers and nerfs for both the 278 and 218 cars and even
made a full set of spares as well while he was at it

also sourced a Kirkey lightweight seat
for the car which is a real bonus!
jobs done are re mount the seat,
re-fabricate the seat support to allow my belts to fit better,
Derek, Tony, Ian, Brian, Keith (my
dad) and I have been doing other bits and bobs around the car for the last
few weeks and apart from a new bonnet top (next weeks job) the car is nearly
ready for me to take to the paintshop at Christmas

jobs done are fabricate a outside rear top shocker mount to help stabilize
the car for tar tracks

fit and grind up the new nerfs and
bumpers,
fabricate
some nerf support brackets,
and make new
ally panels for the car as the old ones are well past their best being 3 seasons
old.
As I said, hope
to paint it over Christmas and it's booked in with Speedy on the 10th Jan!!!!
